Eeusha Nafi

PhD, Researcher 6

Eeusha (he/him) is a perennial grain agroecologist. His research approach combines field experimentation on soil-plant-atmospheric processes in order to maximize productivity and profitability of cropping systems, and use of agricultural systems process-based models to explain genotype x environment x management interactions to demonstrate how sustainable cropping system management can optimize resource use efficiency, enhance economic returns, mitigate adverse off-farm impacts with evolving changing climate. Eeusha is currently working on USDA-ARS funded KiSSD project focusing on genotype and enviorment interactions on Kernza yield and ecosystem services. He has previously worked as a postdoc for Montana State University and University of Florida.
